Buying Used Car - Seller has Lost Title?

You do not want the car with out the title. If he has the title then he can change the car over to you if he doesnot have the title it is still technically his car. He has to turn over the title when he sells the car. Do not buy it if the title is not available. To good to be true. The person selling the car should have everything available.
