Can not get on to the internet as it says the dependency service or group failed to start?

Turned pc on yesterday and when trying to click on the internet a message came up and said the dependency service failed to start and im looking for answers if i can just re-start the service to be able to get on the internet again , which i don't know how to , or has something broke in my laptop ?
