Study Abroad Colleges and Programs?

This is a little late, I know, I had my mind set on something else not really set, but I kinda wanted to go do something else. Humans change their mind and I changed mine. It's because I'm not feeling what I used to feel, i don't have that pion or desire of what I wanted to do. Instead, I've had this pion and desire for ever to do this. I want to go study abroad for all my college years, I live in the Pennsylvania area and am looking for colleges with the study abroad programs, but need help. I would like to go study in Asia, specifically I'd like to go to South Korea in the city of Seoul. But if there are none available for that place, than Japan or China will do. Please help, thank you. :3
