Can You Trade Me These Pokemon?

Hi, I really want these particular Pokemon.....well, does anyone have the Sinnoh starter Pokemon, and willing to trade? If you only have 1, okay, but I'd like both Piplup and Turtwig (or their evolved forms). I don't need Chimchar or his forms, because my cousin already traded it to my SoulSilver game. Also, if you're in Japan/Asia, and have Pokemon Black or White, could you trade me one of the starters, preferably Tepig (in the Japanese format, it's called Pokabu, right?). Also, any Unova region (I believe it's called Isshu in Japan?) Pokemon you are willing to trade would be great! Thanks! :) P.S. I'm not sure if you can even trade those Unova/Isshu Pokemon to SoulSilver, if not, that's fine.
