Is the AACSB type of professional accreditation crucial when it comes to an online MBA? ?

My school is both regionally and nationally accredited but its MBA program lacks AACSB accreditation. Can I still use my degree? Will employers hire me? I am very content with what my school offers but it does matter if I can use my degree in the future and it will not be just another piece of paper.
