Should I give a shot with this girl or go get a wife in vietnam?

I think the vietnamese girl who immigrated to the U.S to California San Jose about 7 years ago won't even bother to get in a relationship with me because I'm horrible in college because I'm dyslexic and might not get a college degree. The instructors at college aren't even helping me out at all when I have doented papers of a disability. Should I give a shot with this local vietnamese girl or should I just go marry the girl in vietnam ???
