Do I have a yeast infection?

for the past few days i've been pretty itchy and have alot of irritation down there, and it burns when I pee. my discharge had that cottage cheese look the past two days, but now its a little more normal, but i'm still reallyy itchy and irritated, and it hurts. Idk what to do about it..I am a full time dancer, so I have to wear a leotard and tights for over six hours straight everyday..I know that that probably doesn't help, but I don't reall have a choice on that. How long will this take to go away?
