How do I get asleep with a stupid alarm going off?

Right next door no-ones moved in and there doing up the house the RAF peole cuz I rent my house and the man who come round smokes and he hasn't come round today but the fire alarms have been going off all day and I'm tired so I'm trying 2 get to sleep and I can't cuz the alarms are going off and it's giving me a earache and headache. I'm only 10 so I can't bang the door down or phone the housing agency cuz we have already phoned them and there coming tomomorow. How do I get to sleep with it ringing in my ear??
