I'm wondering if anyone knows where boutiques such as Cats Whiskers, Gossips etc source their clothes from?

I'm trying to also venture into the fashion business, however, i want to be a bit more certain where I can find wholesalers that supplies those kind of clothes that we can find as those boutiques mentioned (eg Gossips, Cats Whiskers, Baci..etc)
