Should I tell him how I feel...Not fully detailed. Please help?

Okay,so on an earlier question I talked about a guy I like Wyatt,now I really like him and he flirts WAY more and he is just more idk how to explain.On friday I was wearing his jacket a recces and there was wind and I was wearing a thin shirt so the wind blew on my (lol) and I screamed my s are cold so he came up to me and said"let me warm them up with my " and i said no of coarse,so I was thinking should I tell him how I feel. Oh and EVERYBOBY thinks he likes me but he says he doesn't so yeah please help.
