Swollen lymph nodes in neck, pain in neck, pain under ribcage?

For the past 6 months or so I've had swollen lymph nodes in my neck and have felt weaker than usual. I had a blood test done and tested negative for mono, hiv, and hepatitis. However the first blood test I had said I had highly elevated liver enzymes liver, so I had a sonogram of my liver done it came back normal. The next week I had another blood test done and my liver enzyme levels came back normal. But the swollen lymph nodes never went away for the past month I started having pane around the nape of neck. Also I have a numb pain under the right side of my rib cage off and on. I felt it fluttering before. Does this mean anything? I also have depression so I'm not sure if these are just symptoms of depression?
