Will Cole Hamels surp Steve Carlton?

Hamels is a hell of a pitcher, but I would be shocked if he won over 200 games in his career. With the 5 man rotation, pitchers don't get as many opportunities or innings pitched and with money in today's game the need to pitch until you are 40 isn't there. Barring injury, Hamels will have a great career, but to compare numbers with a pitcher from Carlton's era isn't fair.
