Alright ball pythons or kenyan sand boas?

okay i have had a garter snake veiled chameleon leopard gecko and bearded dragon and the veiled chameleon still live and healthy same with beardie and leopark but the garter snake bit me so many times and ran away i left the cage open to get something for 10 seconds and it was outside next second he was gone... :( im inermediate keeper as you can see i like ball pythons appearance of a python but they somewhat boring compared to sand boas. sand boas are so small and look like a giant worm so its kinda ugly but super interestig....which one is cheaper i have done a ton of research but i probably cant find a kenyan sand boa in so cal... not online stores....so what do you say because kenyan sand boas are interesting and super cool but ugly like giant worm and small for a snake but ball python looks uber cool but kinda boring
