Need help figuring out the name of a movie!?

Usually I'm really good with movie names, but I can't think of the name of this one. It was played on the Lifetime channel, and it was about this girl who had to stay in the hospital. While she was there, she started seeing this boy and they would meet each other in the art room where they did all of their crafts. I think it's at the end of the movie, but I also remember them being on a Ferris wheel. I think she made friends with some of the other people in the hospital as well, and they would sneak out of their rooms and go places in the hospital. It's NOT Girl, Interrupted. I just can't think of the name of it.
