Blemish problem! help please?

i have blemished cheeks. I have a few pimples there and scars but you cant really notice as i have dark skin. I have these tiny bumps on my head. they are not pimples, just tiny bumps and theyre really annoying. I want to start using the ST IVES blemish control pack which has the scrub cleanser and face wash and was wondering if it works and if you have ever used it on your blemishes, does it work? how long will it take to see results. and is clean and clear or neutrogena better? i dont know which to get? any answer wil be appreciated.
