Would this RO water be safe to use?

dont worry about ph unless it is needed for special fish like breeding and such if you acculimiate fish slow enough they will adjust to it just fine and yes it fine to use you really dont need to use it tap water is just fine as long as you put in something to remove chlorine ro water is not cheap when changing out every week compaired to a bottle of prime. the last 8 years i never tested for ph and never a problem and tap is just as good for fish if you going to have problems it going to be the same no matter witch you use its your choice
