I just took 4 8 oz gles of the liquid prep to clean out my colon it has been an half an hour and nothing. I can't take anymore it hurts so bad and feel like I'm going to throw up drank half of the gallon. How long should it take to have a bowel movement. Feel very bloated is this normal?
